Founder & CEO

Todd Montgomery is a veteran resource executive with more than 38 years of experience founding and advancing mineral projects, including a $287M acquisition by BHP. He has a proven track record identifying emerging markets and advancing high-value assets, positioning Northern Kingdom for long-term success. Todd was the founder of the Thor Project, a major alumina discovery in Saskatchewan.

Scott Evans is a seasoned executive with more than 23 years of experience advising, strategizing, and investing in mining projects across Canada and the United States. He has played an active role in the development and oversight of resource companies from exploration through to project execution.
